Refund Policy 

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our product.

We accept items in-exchange if sizing provided is wrong, or defective product is sent with immediate proof provided. There are no refunds under any circumstances.

Items exchanged for sizing must be in new unused condition with original packaging, tags still in tact, and no odor.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

In the event of a size exchange, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. In the event of a defective product, FREEDOM OF CHAOS is responsible for the cost of shipping. FREEDOM OF CHAOS will not be responsible for any packages lost in the mail. If we do not have desired size available we can exchange for a product of same value for exchange.

Once product is received at our location we will email you to complete the exchange process.
